Spare parts: from drawing to factory order
The client finds a part on a unit drawing and builds a request, the manager turns it into an order, and the factory replies in its own portal, in Chinese. It all runs as one chain.

02The problem
A catalog in Chinese, orders buried in correspondence
The parts list was assembled by hand.
Prices, photos and the invoice bypassed the client's request.
03The solution
What we built: real screens

Client request
The client marks parts on the unit drawing. The list builds itself, and the request can be passed to a buyer by code.
Factory order
The manager builds the order from client requests, the catalog, popular items and their own lines.
Factory portal
The factory sees the order in Chinese, English or Russian: Chinese names from the catalog, the unit diagram, photos and the invoice.
04How it works
One chain: from a part on a drawing to an offer for the client
the client finds it on the unit drawing
from the website or from Excel
the manager builds the factory order
replies in its own portal
photos from the factory and the invoice
goes to the client as a file and an email
