No deal without a next step
A system for a travel agency's sales team: every deal has a next step with a date, the head of sales confirms payment, and the Dashboard shows at once what is on fire.
Where the numbers come from
Report on the "Deal rules" part, 24.10.2026; screens captured from the test stand on 31.10.2026, clients and amounts are fictional. There are no live clients in the system yet.

02The problem
The client needed order in their deals
New customers should go straight to the responsible manager.
A payment mark should be confirmed by the head of sales.
03The solution
What we built: real screens

Manager's day
Where to start, what is on fire and how much is done today. Every button is written to the database.
Deal
Conversation, trip details and the next step in one window. A refusal can only be closed with a reason.
Deal stages
All deals by stage. A stage can't be changed without a next step, even by dragging.
04How it works
One deal: from lead to payment
the head of sales assigns a manager
a deal always has a date
changes only with a new step
the manager sends it for confirmation
confirms payment on the Dashboard
a closed deal stays in the history
Step 1 · Lead
Lead: the head of sales assigns a manager
