What we built: real screens
Smart editor
Make it, sign it, send it: three buttons instead of Word, email and a scanner. You can give the command by voice.
The assistant guides the document
Edits happen on a copy; the original stays untouched. Before sending, the amount in words, the bank details and any gaps are checked.
Task board: boards
Sales, purchasing, service and documents on one board. Management sees who hasn't accepted a task and what is overdue.
