01The problem

A buyer of drilling equipment needs to find a rig and the right spare part fast, and a request has to reach an engineer without loss.

02What we did

A catalog of HDD rigs and a private module for picking spare parts from unit drawings: a request from Excel, handing the list to a buyer by code, a request for scheduled maintenance, and a client portal with sign-in by a code from an email.

03Result

From a rig card to a request for a part or service, one system. Audit of 13.10: SEO 84 and AI search 86 out of 100.
